Hi Sheila, I know you are anxious because you are running out of stock. I have been in contact with the carrier to get the latest logistics information. However, this is because the port is busy and our products cannot be cleared in time. We really can't ask the port to give us priority in customs clearance. Your evaluation is a bit too unfair to us.
